Wahib Farooqui “Owen”, is a graduate of the University of Virginia who completed his B.A. in Religious Studies and studied Medicine during his tenure. Originally from NYC and now residing in the Shenandoah Valley, for the past 6 years, Wahib has devoted his time to mastering real estate, creative financing, and sales & marketing. Since then, he has grown his real estate company, Owen Buys Houses, to a thriving business in the Valley serving the good people of Central Virginia and the Shenandoah area.

Furthermore, Kascie’s interior design expertise has also garnered acclaim, winning the esteemed “Top of the Trades” award for three years straight.

In her spare time, Kascie Ellinger finds solace and excitement in the great outdoors, immersing herself in various activities. Hiking, kayaking, fishing, and camping are among her favorite ways to connect with nature and unwind from the demands of her thriving career.

Jessie Sample is a Realtor® based in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley, affiliated with eXp Realty, a leading independent real estate firm. A graduate of SCAD in 2010, She’s also an interior designer and practiced commercial architecture prior to becoming licensed. Jessie, along with her family, enjoys DIY projects, raises chickens, gardens, and explores in their campervan. She’s passionate about art, self-improvement, paddle-boarding, and helping people enhance their living spaces.

Sean Lynch is a recent graduate of Charlottesville High School, where he became an Eagle Scout. With a strong passion for real estate investing, he’s spent the past year and a half fully involved in real estate investing and joined Owen Buys Houses as an Acquisitions Agent. Alongside these pursuits he also acquired valuable carpentry and electrical skills during his time at CATEC (Charlottesville Albemarle Technical Education Center).
